I have been working as a gig rep for Record Factory since October 2013 and have become highly experienced in organising and running gigs. My duties as gig rep include setting up stages and equipment, working closely with bands and sound engineers, organising ticket deals with bands and generally being on hand to ensure gigs run smoothly. 

 

I work with between 200 and 400 bands every year, depending on my own gigging schedule and teaching commitments. The gigs and festivals I'm involved with range from young bands playing their first gigs to established, touring bands and everything in between.
